Suggestions for Downloading PDF Files:

We recommend that you download files and view them in Adobe Acrobat Reader or Exchange as an external viewer. Some documents do not appear correctly when viewed with the Acrobat browser plug-in.

The documents can be downloaded or viewed using Adobe's Acrobat Reader (version 3.0 or later). If you do not have Acrobat Reader, you can download it from Adobe. To DOWNLOAD the documents right mouse click on the name and then click again on "Save link as..."

Note: Papers which were generated using Tex or LaTex will appear fuzzy on screen using Acrobat but should print clearly.

If you print a PDF file to a PCL printer from an Adobe Acrobat 3.01 viewer and the graphics, equations, or footnotes are blurry or otherwise illegible, Adobe offers the following suggestions :
    1. Use an Acrobat 4.0 viewer.
    2. Install Acrobat Reader (or Excange) 3.01 Update for PCL Printing
    3. Print to a PostScript printer.

Some PCL printers can also print in PostScript mode. Refer to your printer documentation or manufacturer to see if your PCL printer has that option.
